When creating a new survey with Trackey, choose between the type of survey you want to create: post-purchase, email and link surveys.

Questions

In the Questions section, you can create and customize the questions you want to ask in your survey. You can choose from different question types, such as multiple-choice, open-ended, or rating scales.

Target

In the Target section, you can choose the audience you want to send your survey to. You can choose to send the survey to a specific group of users or your entire customer base.

Trackey is constantly improving its features to better serve its users. Actually, Trackey allows targeting by user language (according to browser IP) and/or by recurrence (repeating customers vs first-time).
