How Trackey works

It's important to us that you know what we do on your site and how our application works:
  1. 1.
    A customer places an order on your Shopify or e-commerce site.
  2. 2.
    As your confirmation page is loading, we check to make sure the customer hasn't already submitted a response and that they follow your set parameters (i.e. are they a new customer?). If both of those requirements are met, we load and display your survey to your customer.
  3. 3.
    When a user submits a response, we capture the customer and order information that is then displayed in your dashboard and on your response exports.
  4. 4.
    Need to set up different triggers for email surveys? - No worries, Trackey handles them too
